Bloc is an early-stage MVP. A full privacy policy will be published before any live household data is collected. Until then, the working principles are:

• We only read the bill details needed to estimate your usage, current cost and plan structure.
• You review everything extracted from your bill before it is used.
• Retailers only ever see aggregate cohort data — never your name, address, meter identifier or individual bill.
• You can delete or replace an uploaded document at any time.
• Your data is never sold.
